Accommodations

We have sent out notifications to guests who are confirmed to stay on-site at our venue. If you have not been notified as such, please make sure to book a nearby Airbnb or hotel. If you are unsure whether your accommodation is taken care of at Le Filigare, please reach out to Gavin or Chelsey to confirm.

Flights, Transportation & Food

We recommend booking your flights into Florence (Florence Airport Peretola - FLR). We highly recommend renting a car as taxis can be unreliable in the area and there will be downtime during the weekend to explore surrounding areas.

Please note that food will be served Friday night (welcome pizza party), Saturday morning (breakfast buffet from 8am - 10am), Saturday night (wedding reception), Sunday mid-morning (brunch pool party), and Monday morning before checkout (breakfast buffet from 8am - 10am). However, guests will be free to handle their own food for lunch on Saturday before the wedding and dinner on Sunday night.

Please keep this in mind when deciding on whether or not you will rent a car, pickup groceries/snacks on your way to the venue (each apartment has a kitchenette), schedule a reservation at a nearby restaurant, plan a lunch getaway before the wedding ceremony on Saturday, etc.

Timeline

Please take into account transportation time to and from the airport when planning your travels. Guests will be able to check into the venue starting at 3pm on Friday the 11th and the Welcome Party will begin at 7pm. Guests will be required to checkout by 10am on Monday the 14th.
